Because the working site is located on a island, so Mr Oscar and engineer have to go to work by boats, at least twice one day.

5 Ton single girder overhead crane installation site

• The crane mode: HD European single girder overhead crane,
• Parameters: 5 Ton capacity, 24.38 Meters span and 10.7 Meters lift height, Power supply 400V 50HZ 3P, here is the technical drawing:

HD European single girder overhead crane is used for the maintenance for the fuels boats, which are always working in the sea to collect fuels, after 4 years, it will come back to the maintenance warehouse to maintenance main parts.

With the adequate preparation, the installation of the 5 Ton single girder overhead crane goes smoothly, electrical installation is the main task. During electrical connection, there is a small problem: lift motor adjustment, firstly Mr Oscar and engineers did not find the drawings at site, so they have to install fully through their technical ability. Along with customer’s cooperation, they solve the problem at last .The project manager Mr Solah told Mr Oscar that he was very satisfied with the 5 Tons single girder overhead crane whole installation process. 25 Ton Double Drum Electric Winch

After finished 5 ton single girder overhead crane installation , Mr Solah ask Mr Oscar to give the solution of the existed damaged winch , which was used for pulling the working boats from the sea to maintenance warehouse .

After talked with technical engineers , Mr Oscar give the solution of 25 Tons double drum electric winch , the wire rope length 600 meters , together with one set 6 sleave pulley block , which can bear 150 Tons capacity . If so, Mr Solah need to remove previous foundation and establish the new foundation as our technical drawing.

3 Tons Pillar Fixed Jib Crane with Rotation

Besides the 25 tons double drum electric winch , Mr Solah also require the design for 3 Tons pillar fixed jib crane , which will be located besides the sea coast and be used for loading and unloading goods from boats .

DQCRANE started the trip to Algeria for cranes installation and commissioning in a new steel plant in January, 2017, our engineers scheduled to stay there for one week to finish the crane installation and commissioning work of three double girder overhead cranes.

Girders Transportation and assembly:

The crane girders are fabricated into parts and put into containers, our engineers will do assembly on site; such transportation ways will not influence the performance of cranes. And container transportation can protect the girders and electrics from being damaged.

Crane Installation site:

This time DQCRANE engineers mainly to do crane installation and commissioning of three cranes, since most of the mechanical work have been done by clients, the main work is at electric control connections.

Here DQCRANE sincerely suggest that if there is no professional engineers, please do not try to connect the electric system. DQCRANE has received many feedbacks from clients that because of error connections, the motors and electric control box are burned out, they took much time to replace and lost much due to production delay.
